How long does shipping take?
Domestic UK orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location, generally taking 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Products must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Will I have to pay international customs fees?
Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
How should I wash my Sidemen apparel?
To maintain the quality of the prints and fabric, we recommend washing items inside out at 30°C and avoiding the use of a tumble dryer.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes if the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse. Please contact support immediately with your order number.
